According to Our Terms of Service, Our Promotional Gift Certificate cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. It can only be used as a Store Credit for any services provided by European Beauty Studio.

Promotional Gift Certificate can only be redeemed within 6 months after receiving.

Promotional Gift Certificate cannot be transferred for future services and have to be used at the same time.
